Argon provides a cloud-based HR and payroll management system that includes tools for HR record management, payroll processing, role-based access, reporting, time and attendance, and related features. Features may vary by subscription plan.
4. Account Registration and Security
- You must provide accurate, complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify Argon immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
5. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You agree that you will not:
- Attempt to interfere with or compromise platform security.
- Use automated bots or scraping tools to access the Services.
- Circumvent technical restrictions or misuse system features.
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
6. License and Access
Argon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes, consistent with these Terms and applicable subscription.
7. Role-Based Access and Data Sharing
Argon’s platform uses role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure appropriate permissions for HR, payroll, and other authorized users. You are responsible for correctly configuring roles and access within your organization. Shared employee data will be visible according to assigned roles.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property in the Services remain the exclusive property of Argon or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
9. Payments and Fees
- Subscription fees are due in accordance with your selected plan.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.
10. Term and Termination
- These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or Argon.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
- On termination, your access will end, but provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and disputes will survive.
11. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information, including employee and user data. Argon will process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy practices.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Argon does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argon and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Argon, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Electronic Commerce Act, 2024 (2081).
16. Changes to Terms
Argon reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
